Since then we’ve supported manufacturers across food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, personal care, industrial, and tobacco — handling everything from single-machine installs to full turnkey projects with custom-built equipment.

Our service team holds direct manufacturer training on Domino’s CIJ, TIJ, TTO, and laser coding systems, supported by a 6-vehicle fleet providing 24/7 on-site support to minimise customer downtime. The team is structured to cover both Singapore and Batam operations, with dedicated sales engineers, service engineers, and customer service staff.
